On Track Solutions SARL-S acts as data controller on behalf of Galaxy SARL (in formation). Once Galaxy SARL is incorporated, controller responsibility will transfer to it. Visitors will be informed via an update to this policy.

When you contact us via mailto: links or by sending a message to hello@galaxytech.be, we collect:
- your email address,
- the content of your message,
- any personal or professional information you voluntarily share with us.
The site does not set any analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies. No analytics pixel is embedded.
Purposes of processing
- Responding to your commercial or technical enquiries.
- Managing the commercial relationship over time.
- Where relevant, sending you targeted information about our products and services within an existing B2B relationship.
Legal basis
- Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR): B2B prospecting and commercial relationships.
- Consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR): when you contact us spontaneously, you implicitly consent to the processing of your contact details to respond to your request.
Recipients
Your data is accessible only to the commercial and technical teams of On Track Solutions SARL-S (and Galaxy SARL once incorporated). No data is sold, rented or transmitted to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention
Your data is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship and for up to three (3) years after the last contact. Beyond that, it is deleted or anonymised.
Hosting and transfers outside the EU
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States). Any data transfer to the United States is governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission, in accordance with article 46 GDPR.
